People always say they want "CHANGE" but are afraid to "CHANGE" ... As a kid who grew up in Public Housing - I champion to "Being the Change We Want to See..." to start changing the world for a better tomorrow - making RCHA the model Housing Authority that ensures our progress to raise the "Quality-of-Life" for our Tenants/Clients.
